Illness and Injury Prevention ProgramTop of Page
Johnstonville's Injury and Illness Prevention Program is designed to be a proactive approach that helps employers identify and address workplace hazards before they cause harm. We believe this program will prove effective in reducing injuries, illnesses, and fatalities. Many organizations have already implemented these strategies, often as part of OSHA's cooperative programs. Employers who adopt these programs not only see significant reductions in workplace injuries but also experience a positive shift in workplace culture, leading to increased productivity, improved quality, lower employee turnover, reduced costs, and greater employee satisfaction.
